My coaching approach is based on the Integrated Experiential Learning Process which was the model I developed and researched for my Doctoral degree and the subject of two subsequent books published by Routledge.

In essence it is the integration of Kolb's Experiential Learning Theory, Polyvagal and Regulatory Theory (which provides the physiological bases for learning), Complex Responsive Processes, Systems Theory and Organisational design.
